Preparing dinner at LifeMoves homeless shelter in downtown San Jose.

All volunteers must be over 18 and sign a volunteer registration form the morning of event.

What we do on the day of:

• Bring the food we bought to the shelter to prepare meal.
• Arrive no later than 4:00 pm Saturday to receive a cooking/prep assignment.
• Prepare and serve lunch for approximately 30 - 60 people.
• Clean up kitchen and dining hall.
• If you are late (arrive after 4:00 pm) there may not be anything for you to do.
