  • We need a 20-person conference room reserved for the event (VC to be setup inside the room prior to event)
  • Please note, a Muindi Foundation representative will need to see the conference room and test A/V needs at least one week prior to the event.
• Time (Company must have the conference room blocked from 8:30am-12:30pm):
  • 9:00 -10:00am – Muindi Foundation set up
  • 10:00am – Team joins
  • 10:00-10:30am – Intro, video reel - Serena
  • 10:30-11:30am – Pack kits
  • 11:30am-12:00pm – clean up
