We need your help in building positive relationship with the homeless in downtown San Jose

Once a week we will be visiting different homeless camps; our goal is to survey the needs of the homeless, listen to the stories and inform them about local resources.

We love this program, and we hope that you can join us in our efforts to support homeless families.
